In February 2025, our team had the privilege of designing, planning, and executing the full-day Zemen Insurance Shareholders’ Meeting. Recognizing the prestige of the event and the high expectations of the attendees, we moved away from the traditional, rigid corporate meeting structure to deliver a highly customized, experiential gathering infused with our signature aesthetic.

Our operational strategy focused on maintaining momentum and comfort across a long, high-stakes agenda. The event experience was broken down into distinct, carefully managed phases:

• Morning & Afternoon Networking Breaks: Designed with curated refreshment stations featuring artisan snacks and premium Ethiopian coffees, offering shareholders comfortable spaces to network between administrative sessions.
• The Luncheon: A premium sit-down lunch tailored to keep energy levels high, allowing board members and shareholders to engage in collaborative informal discussions.
• The Festive Signature Touch: Every physical detail from custom stage backdrops and registration desks to floral arrangements and branded signage was meticulously designed by our team to embody Zemen Insurance’s premium brand identity.
